What this costs
Around 80% of the agency websites in our own competitor scan hid pricing behind a discovery call. Here are the numbers. If they don't fit, you've saved a meeting — and so have we.
01
Build pricing
- Automation Sprint
- $5,000One workflow, fixed scope, 2–4 weeks. Purchasable without a call.See the detail
- Custom builds
- from $10,000What moves the number: how many systems it integrates with, how clean your data is, and how much domain logic already exists in writing.See the detail
- AI agent proof of concept
- starts at $35,000A scoped agent against real data, with evals and guardrails, in 4–6 weeks.See the detail
Larger programs are phased and quoted per phase, so you're never committing to a number nobody could responsibly estimate yet.

- 40 hrs$3,800/moReserved senior hours
- 60+ hrsfrom $5,500/moDedicated capacity
03
What the price includes by default
- A named senior engineer who owns the outcome, disclosed before you sign
- Evaluations and guardrails on any AI component
- Error handling, retries and monitoring on anything that runs unattended
- Documented handover — architecture, decisions, runbook
- Weekly demos, not monthly status reports
- 30 days of post-launch fixes
These are not upgrades. They're the difference between a system and a demo, so they're never the line items we cut to win a deal. If the budget can't carry them, the scope shrinks — the standard doesn't.
What's not included
- Third-party licenses, model API costs and hosting — billed at cost, never marked up
- Content, copywriting and brand design
- Ongoing maintenance beyond 30 days — that’s a care plan
- Unlimited revisions. Two rounds per milestone, then it’s a change order with a number attached
04
Who we’re not for
Being direct saves us both time.
- Budgets under $5,000
- Below our minimum engagement, and we’d serve you badly. A no-code consultant or a template will do better.
- Brochure websites
- AI has made these nearly free. We’d be an expensive way to buy one.
- “Build me an AI” with no problem attached
- If there’s no measurable outcome, there’s no way to know whether we succeeded.
- Anyone whose main criterion is hourly rate
- We’ll lose that comparison to an offshore team, and we should.
- Teams who just need hands
- We sell an owned outcome, not capacity.
If you're in one of those groups, tell us what you're trying to do anyway. We'll point you at something that fits, and that costs us nothing.
05
Why we don’t publish hourly rates
Starting prices tell you whether we're in your range. Hourly rates turn a judgement purchase into a units purchase, and then you're comparing us to a $30-an-hour developer on a spreadsheet. That's a comparison neither of us learns anything from.

How we work
- 01Diagnose30 minutes with the engineer who’d own the build.
- 02ProposeWritten, within 48 hours, tied to a live review call.
- 03BuildDeposit plus milestones. Weekly demos.
- 04Hand overDocumentation, monitoring and a real handover session.
- 05Keep it runningCare plan, or you run it. Both are fine.
Retainers carry a 3–6 month minimum term. Thirty days' notice after that.
